Schedule
In order to keep applications, reserves, and other things organized, the moderators have devised an application/reserve schedule. The following will explain how and when the schedule will run. If you have any questions, please contact a moderator.
Schedule:
Once the moderators have deemed the community to be active enough, the following schedule will take place:
÷ On the 1st of every month @ 11:00 AM Pacific Time, reserves will be open. (Any reserves placed before this time will be null and void.) At this time, only reserves may be placed at the reserves page. Reserves will close on the 6th of every month @ 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
÷ On the 7th of every month @ 11:00 AM Pacific Time, applications will be open. (Any applications submitted before this time will be null and void.) All applications must be submitted by the 13th of every month @ 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
÷ In the event that any revisions are requested, players have 3 days to submit the revision from the date of notice. Failure to submit the revision after the third day will result in the application being deleted. Players will need to re-apply on the 7th of the following month.
÷ On the 21st of every month, activity checks will be conducted and players have 7 (seven) days to report them. That means activity check reports are due on the 28th.
÷ Any characters/players that still have not reported by the 28th will be notified via Dreamwidth private messaging as well as appearing on a mod-post on![[community profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/community.png)
freyja_ooc. They will then have three days to respond to that. If they have not responded by the 3rd day, the characters/players affected will be thrown out into the airlock removed from the game, freeing them for future applicants.
